2nd Line Support Engineer (MS Exchange), Farnborough
Award winning cloud based software company in Farnborough is looking for a 2nd line support engineer, with strong skills in Microsoft Exchange and ideally experience in a company producing cloud based products to join their growing support team.
In this role you will work closely with global external customers and Product/Design teams to proactively reduce reasons for customers needing to contact Support as well as handling support queries in the most efficient and effective way possible.
Responsibilities include: Telephone & email support, logging of all calls, creating/updating cases in call logging system, troubleshooting product related issues using resources available and remote assistance when required.
- Strong skills in Exchange
- Active Directory
- Microsoft technologies incl. Office 365
- Ability to express technical issues to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Experience in a company producing cloud-based products
- MS Azure
