This innovative software solution provider are looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is at beginning of their IT career. You will join an ambitious company who offer extensive training and the chance to progress upwards within the business.
You will be working in the Service Desk team reporting into the 1st Line Team Leader and will be responsible for ensuring that all calls are dealt with in a professional and timely manner, following processes & diagnostics and resolving issues within agrees SLAs; escalating these issues where necessary.
The successful 1st Line Support Analyst will have:
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Windows Operating System ranging from 2000 – Windows 7
• Strong customer service skills
Also of Interest:
• Network infrastructure
• SQL experience
• Understanding of SLAs and KPIs
The salary is up to £20k (dependent on experience), on offer is 22 days holiday + bank holidays as well as working within a supportive environment. You will work to shift patterns, 4 days on and 4 days off.
