Inside Sales Development Representative required for pre-IPO solution vendor set for an EMEA explosion of growth!
This company is already well established in the US but have a start-up style operation in the UK. With a compelling product set and a proven need within the EMEA marketplace, they are now set to ramp rapidly and need amazing sales talent to support this growth.

As Business Development Rep you will play a key role in driving the growth of the customer base and revenue through generating qualified leads for the Enterprise sales team. You will conduct outbound cold calls and follow up on warms leads generated by marketing campaigns and will generate interest, identify, qualify and develop opportunities. You will also work with the field sales team to develop and build the territory plan.
To be considered you must be a tenacious, proactive, sales development professional that has a successful track record of sales development or lead generation ideally within a cloud/SaaS software vendor. You will be a quick learner who possesses the ability to understand technology solutions and communicate these to prospects and you will have a good understanding of business organisational structures and buying influences. A self starter, you will have good organisation skills and strong attention to detail. Experience with Salesforce.com is desirable.
Based at their new Reading office this company is offering a fantastic package including competitive basic of £30-£45k + variable bonus of £25k-£30k (OTE £50k-£60k) as well as benefits and Stock Options.
