Scrum Master (Agile) - Global UK Insurer | £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus, extensive benefits | Ipswich

One of the UK's leading brands in FS/Insurance is seeking and experienced Scrum Master to join their core agile delivery team based in the Ipswich. The company in question are a household name in global insurance/financial services and are currently embarking on a number of key initiatives developing their digital strategy with a heavy focus on agile delivery.

The role of Scrum Master will take full responsibility for all aspects of the agile delivery & associated development teams, from running scrum meetings to tracking, reporting and mentoring team members. You will take full ownership and drive the delivery of Agile projects ensuring requested features are estimated, developed, functionally tested and released for acceptance testing. You will be a support to the Product Owner and be involved in strategy discussions, decision making and conflict resolution throughout the SDLC and delivery process. This is a key role in a rapidly changing agile delivery team.

To be considered for the role of Scrum Master you will have:

• 3+ years experience working in agile delivery and development teams (ideally as a Scrum Master)

• First class knowledge of agile, scrum, lead, Kanban delivery

• Experience of leading and developing small teams

• Technical background in MS development technology stack (.Net)

• Experience of working with both business and technology stakeholders

• Very strong communication and team working skills

• Experience in the insurance / FS sector would be beneficial but not essential
