Customer Success Manager – FinTech Solutions
Customer Success Manager required by leading provider of cloud based software solutions for the private equity industry.
This highly innovative and rapidly expanding company are seeking a driven and ambitious Customer Success Manager to join their growing team and in this exciting and varied role will be responsible for driving account management, (consulting, enablement, adoption, expansion, support and end-user engagement) across a portfolio of private equity customers, growing long-term strategic and profitable relationships and ensuring world class customer experience.
You will aim to maintain and grow the recurring and consulting revenue by employing proven strategies which drive product usage, adoption and expansion and will project manage complex customer engagements to deliver continuous value. You will measure and analyse customer health metrics, address renewal risk and will aim to become a trusted advisor to your customers.
To be considered you will be an experienced Customer Success Manager or Account Manager who has a good understanding of finance (a finance qualification is highly desirable). You will bring a track record of exceeding customer satisfaction, customer churn and sales goals and will possess a good understanding of project delivery, implementation and customer support. This company have a highly collaborative culture so good communication and team working skills are essential.
Based in the City a short walk from Cannon Street/Mansion House tube stations, this rapidly expanding global company are offering a highly competitive basic salary up to £45k, quarterly bonus (up to £4k) and annual bonus (c£1k), free onsite gym and swimming pool, contributory pension (up to 10% matched), study allowance and work from home flexibility. There will be some European travel required.
