Customer Success and Support Associate – FinTech Solutions

Customer Success and Support Associate required by leading provider of cloud based software solutions for the private equity industry.

This highly innovative and rapidly expanding company are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join their Customer Success team and take on this extremely varied, hybrid role. As well as having the opportunity to take on Customer Success responsibilities you will provide world class support to a portfolio of private equity customers, advising stakeholders on the strategic usage of the solutions, resolving problems and helping them with technical issues.

You will own the customer support function and will aim to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely the wider Customer Success team to analyse customer data, presenting findings to the Head of Customer Success and even the CEO and discussing with them how improvements to customer support can be made. You will also provide web-based training to customer users and will look to improve the customer portal, creating digital content and self service capability.

Essentially this role will provide you with a fantastic grounding and knowledge of the company's solution allowing you to develop your career into a fully-fledged Customer Success Manager.

To be considered you will be working in a FinTech or Financial Services support function and will have ambitions to move your career into Customer Success. You will bring a good understanding of finance (a finance qualification is highly desirable) and strong experience in dealing with customers over the phone and via email. You must have a proactive approach to providing support, resolving problems and dealing with customer issues. A good blend of technical expertise and a strong knowledge of Excel is also required. Any previous Customer Success or Account Management experience would be advantageous. This company have a highly collaborative culture so good communication and team working skills are essential.
