Italian Speaking Customer Services
An exciting opportunity for this Swindon based software technology company that is looking for a customer service representative who is fluent in both Italian and English.
In this role you will work within their close-knit hard working multi-lingual team that provides first class support to their European and North American customers.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in Italian and English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication
• Microsoft Office skills – Outlook/Word/Excel (email, browser, navigating websites, word processing, spreadsheets)
• High level of literacy/numeracy
• Previous customer service experience advantageous
• German or French language skills
