The People Network are currently working with an aviation company based in Oxfordshire. We are seeking a versatile Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing the operations, resources and budget of the training site, balancing cost efficiency and growth initiatives, whilst delivering safe and high quality flight training.
This position is required to oversee the full remit of management of the site keeping in mind the productivity and profitability on conjunction with delivering quality training, upholding the customer experience and the safety of staff. He/she will ensure this is done through strong team work, close collaboration with the global FTO network and corporate departments, and provides leadership by example to staff and customers. The Operations Manager will report directly to the FTO Operations Leader and the Board of Directors when applicable.

The ideal Operations Manager will have proven experience working within the Aviation sector and a strong track record of successfully managing businesses and growing revenues and profits year on year. You should also be able to design & communicate vision for the workforce and act as change agent with clear examples of change management delivery.
