We are currently seeking a Project and Assessment Administrator to assists Program and Project Managers with project management duties. This person will oversee and perform administrative functions concerned with the entire project portfolio. This will include coordinating with internal/external partners and customers, making appointments and preparing project performance and status reports.
To provide administrative support for designated project teams
o Project scope performance
o Project schedule performance
o Project financial performance
o Managing the submission of deliverable documentation to the customer
o Airline governance deck and project plans
To provide administrative support for the department at Oxford
o To act as the first point of contact
o Assisting in the day to day efficient running of the Centre
o Liaise with our outsource partners, clients, suppliers and internal employees to arrange the necessary Assessors for the various assessments and courses.
o Ensure the necessary support paperwork for Skills Assessment activities are available for the Assessment team
o Ensure the Assessment rooms are prepared for assessments
o To book students and graduates on workshops and maintain booking sheet and corresponding administration relating to the workshop
o To maintain the filing system for future bookings and past candidates
o To implement all administration required for assessment process and record keeping, including preparation for upcoming week's candidates.
o To provide test briefings to all candidates
o To assist in the implementation of airline specific schemes when applicable
o To attend and assist in the running of school ‘Open Days' as required.
Essential Skills and qualifications (Must meet ALL to be considered):
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' work experience as project administrator or equivalent
Requires strong organizational skills, continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing material as well as the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential situations.
Requires advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills are critical.
Must maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
