French Speaking Customer Services Representative
An exciting opportunity for this Swindon based software technology company that is looking for a customer service representative who is fluent in both French and English.
In this role you will work within their close-knit hard working multi-lingual team that provides first class support to their European and North American customers.
• French and English - strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in
• Microsoft Office skills – Outlook/Word/Excel (email, browser, navigating websites, word processing, spreadsheets)
• High level of literacy/numeracy
• Previous customer service experience advantageous
Shift pattern 2pm-10pm, with some weekend working. In return you will be offered a competitive salary of up to £21,000 plus benefits and great working environment.
