2nd Line Service Desk Analyst with excellent support skills required by dynamic public sector services organisation in Essex on an initial 5 month Fixed Term Contract.
This organisation are looking for a multi-skilled 2nd line support professional who possesses a working knowledge within ITIL frameworks and IT hardware. They require someone who works effortlessly in a team environment who also has good communication skills.
Day to day you will be responsible for being the single point of contact to the business in response to Service requests and incidents, responding and resolving the more complex incidents within agreed SLA's and also maintaining CMDB records.
To be successful, you will have previous experience in a 2nd support role within a Microsoft environment and the following expertise:
- Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks
- Ability to build Desktops and Laptops
- Experience working with Active Directory
- Can build and deploy mobile devices
- Knowledge of Citrix Thin Client technology
- 1st line support knowledge of MFP printers
Based close to Chelmsford and easily commutable from Braintree and Colchester, this fantastic organisation offer a pro-rata salary up to £25,400 per annum + excellent pension + free parking + subsidised canteen.
