Ambitious, Self-Starting MSP Partner Account Manager needed for a rapidly expanding and contemporary pre-IPO SaaS Solution Vendor!

This company creates and drives innovative solutions allowing the sharing, collaboration and protection of content both in the cloud and on premise. Since their inception, this company has brought on board a number of well-known household names from a variety of different markets!
What will I be doing day to day?
• Managing a portfolio of partners and resellers from Day 1 and working closely with them to ensure success with their product
• Recruit and Receive new Partners for the business and develop strong relationships
• Drive regular account reviews with Partners and Resellers and develop strategies to increase ROI.
• Work closely with a number of internal departments including Account Management / Customer Success to provide services to meet Partner and Reseller expectations
• 50% office based | 50% field based
What do I need to be successful?
• You need to be a self-starter with previous experience in External MSP / Reseller sales within SaaS Or Cloud based Solutions.
• Proven ability to understand Partner needs and provide necessary solutions to ensure success.
• You will also need strong experience liaising across multiple internal teams to resolve any issues the Partners may have.
• A key team player who can work in a dynamic environment and really get stuck into this role and build on the success that's been made so far!
What do I get?
Based out of their new Reading office this company are offering a fantastic package to reward the hard work that you do. Here, you can expect the following:
• £45,000 – £60,000 basic salary
• 100% OTE (Double OTE)
