Customer Success Manager Associate – 1 year Fixed Term Contract
Customer Success Manager Associate required by market leading digital marketing cloud solutions vendor.
This global company have an amazing culture and fantastic set of digital marketing products used by big name customers in a range of different verticals. They have invested heavily in Customer Success and have a well established org that has evolved over the past few years to become a vitally important business function.
Due to continued growth of this function, this company are now seeking a number of driven, self-motivated Customer Success Manager Associates to join the team to support both corporate and enterprise/strategic customers.
Working closely with Senior CSM's in the team you will help manage client relationships for your assigned clients. You will coordinate and schedule team and client meetings, own escalation requests, provide status updates for issues and will assist in account planning as well as partner with the Senior CSM on account advancement strategy. A key part of your role will be to understand customers business objectives and how the company and its solutions can drive success.
To be considered you must be passionate about customer success and customer satisfaction and will bring a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and technical projects. You will ideally be working for a SaaS vendor (digital marketing solutions experience advantageous) in a Customer Success role or you may even be working in a Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service or Inside Sales/Account Development type roles and looking to break into Customer Success. You will need to be confident on the phone with stakeholders at top tier accounts and will be happy playing a supporting role. You will bring a good understanding of enterprise business models and online processes, terminology, concepts and strategies and will be focused on exceeding client expectations and retention. Exceptional organisational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written are also essential.
Based in either London or Berkshire, this is a 12 month fixed term contract. On offer is a salary up to £50k plus bonus and benefits including pension, private medical and life assurance as well as 25 days holiday.
