The People Network are working with a well established company who are in a state of growth.
We are currently seeking a professional IT Service Desk Manager to manger a team of 8+ service desk analysts running from 1st to 3rd line.
This role will require someone technically minded who has a background of implementing SLA's in order to improve the quality of the service desk.
The service desk currently support in the region of 2000 users with an average of 1400 tickets a month being serviced. The company are looking to improve the quality of this service as well as the productivity.
Someone who has a metric head will fit in well!
You will also need to be a people person as many users are onsite.
