1st Line Support Analyst, Eastleigh
Are you looking for your next step within IT Support? This exciting company are looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their growing team and work on the service desk.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with little experience within the IT world who is looking to join an ambitious company that offer great training to get you up to speed and further options to progress in the future. This role is working within the Helpdesk team and working on the shift patterns of 4 days on 4 days off.b
The successful 1st Line Support Analyst will have/be:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Windows Operating System ranging from 2000 – Windows 7.
• Strong customer service skills.
Also of Interest:
• Network infrastructure.
• SQL experience.
• Understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
• Computer literate.
