Helpdesk Support Analyst
Are you looking for your first step within IT Support? This exciting company are looking for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their growing team and (after the training scheme) work on the service desk.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with little experience within the IT world who is looking to join an ambitious company that offer great training to get you up to speed and further options to progress in the future.
The successful Helpdesk Support Analyst will have/be:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Windows Operating System ranging from 2000 – Windows 7.
• Strong customer service skills.
Also of Interest:
• Network infrastructure.
• SQL experience.
• Understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
• Computer literate.
