IT Helpdesk Team Lead, Southampton
We are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Team Lead to join my well known client based in Southampton and be the escalation point for the 1st Line Support team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up into a team lead position and who is looking to join an ambitious company that offer great training to get you up to speed and further options to progress in the future.
The successful IT Helpdesk Team lead will have/be:
• A full understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
• ITIL Certified.
• Strong customer service skills.
Also of Interest:
• Network qualifications.
• SQL experience.
• Previous team leader experience.
