Field Service Engineer, London
This large, innovative and expanding software house is looking for a Field Service Engineer to support their customers from basic credit card payment terminals, to full EPOS solutions.
You will be required to work 9 hour shifts, six days on and then three days off, the shift patterns rotate between an early shift (7am-4pm), and a late shift (11am-8pm).
Responsibilities of a Field Service Engineer include:
• Proactive maintenance visits as scheduled by operations team.
• Reactive maintenance visits as required.
• Responding to all calls within the required service level agreement.
• Stock management.
The successful Field Service Engineer will have/be:
• Full clean driving license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Technical aptitude.
