1st Line Support Engineer (Office 365), Eastleigh
Award winning Southampton based software company is looking for more 1st line support engineers with experience of supporting office 365, email and Outlook (Exchange/Active Directory) to join their growing support team.
In this role you will work closely with external customers and the res of the Support and Product/Design teams to proactively reduce the reasons for customers needing to contact Support as well as handling Support queries in the most efficient and effective way and in line with KPIs. The Support Engineers will need to cover shifts between 0600 and 2300.
Essential skills and experience needed:
• Experience in a front-line support role.
• Office 365, email and Outlook (Exchange & Active Directory).
• Strong communication skills, written and oral.
• Experience in a company producing cloud-based products.
