Senior Application Support Analyst - Insurance Technology | £45k - £52k + bonus | London, City
A leading insurance technology provider are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to join their existing team supporting their policy admin solution. The company in question are one of the biggest insurance technology providers in the UK and are growing at a rapid rate.
As a Senior Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for their providing 2nd/3rd level support to both internal and external users of the solution. You will have the ability to work with external clients to resolve application issues while working at a technical level to solve mid level problems.
To be considered for the role Senior Application Support Analyst you will have:
- Strong background working as an Application Support Analyst dealing with external clients/customers (via phone/email)
- Strong MS technology background (MS Server 2012, Windows 7, SQL, T-SQL etc)
- Solid appreciation of ITIL
- Very strong communication skills
- Experience with insurance applications or alike would be beneficial
