Recruitment Manager / Team Lead - IT Recruitment Agency | £25k - £40k (pro rata), Part time 2-4 days per week | Swindon
The People Network are currently in the process of setting up a new recruitment academy to hire, train and develop our next wave of recruitment consultants. As a result we are looking to hire a Recruitment Manager / Team Lead to manage our new academy alongside our senior management team.
The role will involve working closely with the MD to firstly hire and latterly manage, coach and train an on-going intake of graduates to our newly established TPN Academy. You will work to select and recruit new academy member. You will then manage, catch and help train all new recruitments through their 6 month academy lifecycle. We have a set plan for all new recruits to work through and this role will play a key part in managing and developing all new recruits through this process to graduation.
To be considered for the role of Recruitment Manager / Team Lead you will have the following skills/experience:
- Previous experience working in a recruitment agency, ideally as a 360 consultant
- People and team leadership experience
- Track record of hiring and developing consultants into 360 roles
- Ideally experience of coaching/training consultants
- Strong knowledge of recruitment job boards, databases and alike
- Very strong communication skills
This is a key role for our agency, planning and developing the new TPN Academy. The role will start as a pert-time position (ideally 3-4 days per week), but as the academy grows it may progress into a more full-time role.
The ideal candidate will be an ex-360 recruiter who has moved into management and no longer wants to be a hands on 'biller'.
