Exciting new opportunity to join a real market leader in the fintech world has become live for an experienced Client Engagement Manager – based in Luxembourg.
Your focus will be to drive margin growth by selling this Fintech’s productized and implementation services to their clients and partners. Penetrating new and expanding existing accounts you’ll be a trusted business advisor for their clients, serving as the main point of contact around service engagement.
You’ll develop an in depth understanding of each of their client’s business needs, goals and trends.
You’ll coordinate with the wider sales teams including license sales. You’ll be experienced in developing long term business relationships with client managers and key decision makers in the purchasing of professional services.
Once the offering is sold to clients you’ll monitor progress and provide feedback to the relevant members of the team, recommending remedial action if required.
It is likely that you will have at least 6 years in business consulting, with 2 of which in enterprise application software implementation and 3 selling integrated business solutions (account value – $20M+) 1 year of managing large integrated client solution projects.
This is a fintech and so a technical knowledge understanding of banking/payments/wealth management will be important.
You’ll be someone that has a passion for fintech and so in tune with technical trends and how they effect/are effected by social, political and economic changes.
This is role for someone with a consultative sales mindset, and understanding of the Pre-sales process. You could be someone from a senior level programme delivery looking to get into a sales focused role.
English language is a must, as is, French or Dutch as is covering the Benelux region, ideally you’ll be happy to move to/live in Luxembourg.
