Our Sole Agent approach allows us to build a much closer recruitment partnership with you. This approach has a number of benefits for you. Essentially, sole agency maximises the chance of us delivering a short list of strong candidates within a pre-defined timescale. The three core benefits are time, quality and service.

In a nutshell the agreement will enable the relevant line manager to only brief one agency, reduce the time needed to review the short listed CVs, conduct only 3-5 interviews and provide feedback to just one agency. Obviously this leaves more time for core business. As we are guaranteed to fill relevant sole agent vacancies we can dedicate the time and marketing budget to ensure we provide CVs of strong, very relevant candidates within an agreed timescale.
