Claims & Policy Admin Transformation Sector
In 2012 Zurich FS embarked on a major IT/Change programme to replace their current claims system with a new Guidewire ClaimCenter solution. At the same time they decided to also replace their Policy Admin/Underwriting system with a new DuckCreek (Example Platform) solution. The programme was to span multiple years, multiple locations and was the second biggest programme within the firm worldwide at the time.
