Senior Customer Success Manager – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Senior Customer Success Manager required by market leading digital marketing cloud solutions vendor.
This global company have an amazing culture and fantastic set of digital marketing products used by big name customers in a range of different verticals. They have invested heavily in Customer Success and have a well-established customer success org that has evolved over the past few years to become a vitally important and highly visible business function.
Due to continued growth of this Customer Success function, this company are now seeking a self-motivated, driven, Senior Customer Success professional who can be responsible for supporting a small portfolio of 2-5 large, strategic customers.
You will be responsible for maximising value realisation and ROI in these complex, multi-regional strategic enterprise accounts by building strong long-term partnerships with a focus on product adoption. You will lead customers through digital transformation by directing strategy and collaborating with multiple internal teams and customer departments while accelerate value for customers by understanding their business goals and objectives, design success plans and establish governance frameworks.
To be considered you must be a passionate Senior Customer Success professional who possesses a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and technical projects. You will gave previous experience of working for an enterprise solutions SaaS vendor (digital marketing solutions experience is preferred) where you have been responsible for a small portfolio of large accounts. You will have a sophisticated and structured CS approach and will be confident, articulate and comfortable working with senior level stakeholders.
Based out of a fantastic, modern London office you can expect to spend 2-3 days a week on customer site (mainly within London, some homeworking too). In return, an excellent salary of £70k-£80k is on offer plus car allowance and benefits including medical, life, dental and 25 days holiday.
