Lead Backend Engineer (Python/Golang)
This up and coming fully remote based start-up is looking for a Lead Backend Engineer with excellent experience with either Python or Golang (or both!) to lead a rapidly growing team and be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and maintaining their backend infrastructure.
You’ll be joining a close knit team with Engineers all across the world that work remotely, this is a great opportunity to join a team who are very much in start-up mode but have big plans for growth and there’s lots of options to further progress through the business.
The successful Lead Backend Engineer (Python/Golang) Will have/be;
• Excellent algorithmic and coding skills in Python or Golang (or both!)
• Cloud experience – ideally AWS
• Excellent communication skills.
Also of Interest:
• Docker, Kubernetes, React, Terraform
• A passion for optimization and quality
• Experience of leading a successful team previously
