Recruitment Delivery Consultant – Swindon – up to £25k + Uncapped Commission
The People Network are experts in sourcing niche, highly skilled talent within the Cloud & Digital technology sectors.
We have had an amazing start to 2021, winning a number of new clients from exciting hypergrowth tech scaleups to global consulting firms. With an ever-growing pipeline of vacancies, we are now seeking a Delivery Consultant to join our team.
This is a non-sales role where the focus is on ensuring our clients get access to the very best talent in the market, at pace, but not compromising on quality.
Working in a fast-paced and varied role you will support our experienced Consultants by managing and taking ownership of hiring projects, creating diverse talent pools and building relationships with client stakeholders at some of our key accounts.
You will focus on sourcing, screening and selecting qualified candidates that meet our client’s needs utilising a range of tools in our tech stack. You will support and manage candidates and clients through the recruitment process and will ensure that both sides enjoy a first-class
experience. Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing top talent via internal databases, job boards, social media and networking
- Screening candidates via telephone/video
- Research projects and market mapping
- Designing and executing innovative candidate attraction campaigns
- Recommending and driving improvements to candidate attraction methods and our tech stack
- Building effective relationships with client stakeholders
We will provide you with all the training & tools you will need to be successful including a Laptop, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hinterview, Job Board Database & Advertising as well as access to our digital marketing team for support on social media campaigns. We don't micro-manage, in fact, you set your own KPI's, and you will get access to regular structured internal and external training so you can really develop and sharpen your skills.
Ideally, your recruitment background will include some exposure to IT or Technical recruiting but we are open to someone who wants to transition from other professional sectors. You may be a Resourcer looking for a new challenge, a 360 Recruiter looking to move into a non-sales role or you may even be working internally in Talent Acquisition but are looking to work with a broader set of clients and get paid commission for the successful placements you make.
To be successful you will need to be a confident communicator who is highly organised, has strong prioritisation skills and excellent attention to detail. You will have a track record of building strong relationships and will work well under pressure, going the extra mile to ensure our clients and
candidates needs are met and exceeded.
An excellent salary of £20k-£25k is on offer as well as Uncapped Commission, Pension, Life Assurance, Perkbox (discounted retail, restaurants, cinema, etc.) and alongside this we also run individual and team incentives, regular socials, lunch clubs and even annual trips overseas! At the moment we have a hybrid/flexible working model with a blend of home & office work.
