This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, award-winning Salesforce team at a well-known financial services organisation that has put Salesforce at the heart of its tech strategy.
Working in a talented Salesforce DevOps team you will have the opportunity to test your skills as your drive the delivery and deployment of complex and integrated enterprise solutions across a number of Salesforce orgs, 6 in total, that support various functions within this business.
In this fast-paced, Agile environment you will help this business to continue to transform using Salesforce as a strategic technology, delivering new custom solutions across Sales, Service, Industry and Marketing cloud. You will lead the delivery of Salesforce development workstreams across the business, estimating and scheduling and bringing it together into a coherent delivery pipeline. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, build and document new solutions, contribute to sprint planning and provide feedback to retrospectives and will line manage direct reports as well as oversee and manage relationships with 3rd party suppliers/partners. This role will also see you regularly engage with Delivery Teams to ensure projects and workstreams are progressing as planned and you will also have the opportunity to work with the Salesforce Leads to identify strategic
opportunities to grow the Salesforce function.

To be considered, you will be a proactive and enthusiastic Salesforce Delivery Manager who has a track record of delivering solutions and workstreams in complex technical environments. You must have:
- Strong experience with Agile project management methodologies
- Certified Salesforce Administrato and/or Salesforce Platform App Develope
- Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud (Certifications in these also desirable
- Experience with Salesforce development including Apex, Integrations, Flows, Platform Events etc.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and best practices, e.g. design patterns and modular programming.
Any experience within the financial services sector would be advantageous and you should be a good problem-solver who has excellent communication skills and ideally some experience of managing diverse, geographically spread teams. Knowledge of Vlocity (Industries) and MuleSoft Anypoint (or similar API platforms) is also highly desirable.
The successful candidates can expect a salary of up to £65k as well as a bonus and a superb 12% Non-contributory pension.
