Senior C++ Software Engineer

This highly flexible and innovative leading cloud video SaaS provider is looking for a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join their growing team.  

As a Senior C++ Software Engineer, you will help design, build, and support the Media Engine that powers all the live and on demand encoding that goes through their platform. This includes applying all sorts of cool video effects like watermarks, animated video graphics, picture in picture or transitions.
 
Not only will the role involve in-depth development, but also research and experimentation, where your passion for video codecs, streaming protocols and new technologies will drive your motivation to take their video platform to the next level.

The Successful Senior C++ Software Engineer will have/be:

- A real passion for modern C++ and crafting performant solutions to challenging problems
- Demonstrable expertise and experience in C++14 or newer
- Cloud exposure (Ideally AWS)

 
In return you will be rewarded with an extremely competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 with a generous package (25 days holiday & additional unpaid holiday week, flexible working hours, personal development budget & training material as well as a tech hour once a week)
