Salesforce Administrator

Superb opportunity to join a global life sciences business that has invested heavily in Salesforce.

This dynamic business is still in the process of rolling out and implementing a number of Salesforce cloud products and with a user base of 200 people and growing, this is an exciting opportunity to be an early member of a new in-house Salesforce team that has a lot of exciting and challenging projects ahead of it.

As Salesforce Administrator you will play a key role in helping the business on its Salesforce journey, managing the current Health Cloud org and also having the opportunity to be involved in the deployment of Field Service (please note, Health Cloud or Field Service experience isn't required, full training will be given).

This role will also give you the platform to grow as a Salesforce Professional and you will be able to expand your experience to mentoring and coaching junior team members as you become the internal Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce.

To be considered you must have:

- Salesforce Administrator Certified
- Strong hands-on Salesforce admin experience with a good knowledge of the benefits and capabilities of the platform
- Experience in making configuration changes to the platform, ensuring Salesforce is always up to date and in line with business requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and teams to provide both best practice advice and training on Salesforce
- Strong communication skills and an ability to translate technical language into easily understandable business language

Experience or exposure to Health Cloud, Field Service (FSL), and Communities, would be a big advantage but full training will be given to the right person.

What’s on offer:

- A flexible, hybrid environment, working from home with c2 days per week in the office which is situated between Runcorn and Warrington (there is flexibility around this).
- A salary between £35,000 - £45,000
- Annual bonus of up to £5,000 per year
