2022 is set to be another record-breaking year for us and with ever-growing demand from our clients, we are now seeking a Delivery Consultant to join our team.
In this challenging and varied role, you will support one of our highly experienced Recruiters, managing and taking ownership of hiring projects, creating diverse talent pools and building relationships with client stakeholders at our key accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients get access to the very best talent in the market, at pace, but without compromising on quality.
Day-to-day you will focus on sourcing, screening and selecting qualified candidates that meet our client’s needs. You will support and manage candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process and will ensure that both sides enjoy a first-class experience. Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing top talent via internal databases, job boards, social media, networking and referrals
- Screening and building relationships with candidates via telephone or video
- Ad-hoc market research projects and market mapping
- Designing and executing innovative candidate attraction campaigns
- Recommending and driving improvements to candidate attraction methods and our tech stack
- Building effective relationships with client stakeholders
- Assisting with the account management of our key accounts
We will provide you with all the support, training & tools you will need to be successful including a laptop, cutting edge CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, video interviewing platform, access to multiple Job Board databases & advertising as well the support of our group digital marketing team for support on social media campaigns.
We have an open, collaborative, team culture and we don't micro-manage, in fact, you set your own KPI's, and you will get access to regular structured internal and external training with some of the recruitment industries best trainers so that you can really develop and sharpen your skills and continue your progression.
No previous recruitment experience is required so if you have a positive, can-do attitude, are self-motivated, ambitious, driven and highly customer focused then we want to hear from you.
