Customer Success Manager – German Speaking

Customer Success is absolutely central to this businesses strategy and heading up the function is an exceptional leader who has a superb track record of building world-class customer success orgs throughout their career. Working under this individual as part of a small but growing team you will have a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop your skills and really accelerate your customer success career.
You will take ownership of a portfolio of key customers of various sizes, supporting them along the entire customer lifecycle, building strong relationships and consulting with them on best practice and usage to ensure they get the very best experience and value from their investment. Measured on retention and customer satisfaction (no sales quotas here!), this is a fast-paced, varied role where you will need to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously for different customers, mobilising internal teams when needed to ensure the customers get the required level of support they need.
To be considered you must be a highly customer-focussed, fluent German-speaking candidate who has good experience of working with a complex software product. To be successful in this role you will need a good level of technical understanding and will have some hands-on technical skills in coding, configuration or integration (backend development or PHP particular useful). You may be a seasoned CSM or you could even be working in a Presales/Solution Consulting role and looking to make the move into Customer Success. Exceptional communication skills are a must, and you should be approachable, analytical, process-driven and resilient, as well as used to multi-tasking and working under pressure.
