Mendix Developer
Are you a low code developer specialising in Mendix? This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity to join an award-winning DevOps team at a global financial services organisation.

This business is undertaking a major digital transformation and you will contribute to the development of new and existing Mendix applications, working directly with various business teams, technology teams, and experts to deliver enterprise-class solutions to internal and external customers.
To be considered you will have experience in software development using the Mendix Low-code platform. You will have skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript technologies and will have the ability to perform analysis, user story capture, and design to drive Mendix development. Experience of working in an agile environment and contributing to sprint planning and providing feedback to retrospectives is also required and any exposure to CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps would be advantageous. Ideally you will be at least Mendix RAD certified. The Advanced certification and any experience of Mendix ATS, Mendix APD and Mendix AQM is also desirable. Alongside your strong Mendix development skills you must also have excellent communications skills, enjoy problem-solving and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers lots of flexibility to work remotely with occasional visits to the offices in either Wiltshire or Hampshire (South Coast) for training, meetups, and team get-togethers but there is a lot of flexibility here. This company can also offer flexible working hours and a range of other family-friendly benefits.
A fantastic package is on offer with a salary of £50,000 to £65,000 plus a 9% annual bonus and a 12% non-contributory pension. Other perks include discounted private medical, life insurance, gadget discounts and subsidised gym.
