Pega Senior System Architect

This global consultancy design, build and deliver high-quality digital transformation solutions to big-name clients.
Through their partnership with Pega, they are building a new practice and now have an exciting opportunity for a Pega Senior System Architect to join their small but growing team. 
You will take up a pivotal role in the design and delivery of Pega based solutions, projects, and programmes to a variety of clients. Acting as a leader to system architects in the development team, you will be experienced in leading teams.
You will be responsible for leading development for clients that want to gain value from their investment in Pega. You’ll be working closely with customers and provide expertise in solving complex business/technical requirements. You will support and deliver Pega demos and POCs, as well as present and demonstrate Pega solutions to both internal and external customers. 
This is a client-facing role and you will work closely with customer stakeholders to provide expertise for solving complex business/technical problems. You will be working in both internal teams, as well as mixed client teams.
Skills and Experiences needed to be considered:

- Great skills in Pega delivery, with CSSA, and 3+ years in Pega development
- Experience in Pega 8
- Hands-on Pega experience in multiple projects
- Broad implementation experience – leading development activity, customer / end client facing experience, project planning
- Team leading experience and strong communication
- Experience in BPM methodology like Scrum, Pega express, Onshore-offshore model

You will split your time between home and client sites. A competitive package is on offer for the successful candidate with a salary of c£70k-£85k + bonus + pension, and further flexible benefits that can be shaped to suit your personal needs.
