Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant – Swindon – up to £25k + Uncapped Commission

We have some aggressive growth plans and are now looking for 2 x Trainee IT Recruitment Consultants to join our highly experienced, friendly and supportive team of expert recruiters.

The Role

 

In this predominantly Sales/New Business focused role you will be tasked with fully immersing yourself into a specialist vertical market. You will continuously identify the major and emerging players in your market, engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders, understand their problems and present best-in-class talent solutions that add real value and deliver the people they need.

 

You will be able to tailor your approach to the needs of each client and will build a strong knowledge of your sector, keeping on top of industry developments and the latest trends.

 

You will be a relentless networker, connecting and sharing information with your vibrant community to develop high-quality client relationships and you will build your personal brand and attract candidates through regular social posting.

 

With the support of our Delivery Team, you will source niche, high-calibre candidates for mid-to-senior level vacancies across your vertical, assessing and evaluating them against your client's requirements, and managing them through the recruitment process, providing a seamless experience.

 

The team working alongside you are likeminded and driven individuals, striving for excellence and looking to surpass expectations and you will aim to stand out as the go-to recruiter in your market.

 

What is required?

 

You may already be working in recruitment, but you could also be a high-calibre individual with some experience in a sales or customer-facing role and are looking for your next career move.

 

You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, will build rapport quickly, and will be passionate about developing excellent customer relationships.

 

You will have a strong work ethic and you want a company culture around you that will support your professional growth.
