Customer Success Manager – German Speaking

This rapidly expanding eCommerce solution provider is now 6 years old and already recognised by Gartner as a leader in their sector. With new customers being signed up daily they now urgently need a motivated, resilient and adaptable Customer Success Manager to join their growing Customer Success org.
You will take ownership of a portfolio of key customers of various sizes, supporting them along the entire customer lifecycle, building strong relationships and consulting with them on best practice and usage to ensure they get the very best experience and value from their investment. Measured on retention and customer satisfaction (no sales quotas here!), this is a fast-paced, varied role where you will need to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously for different customers, mobilising internal teams when needed to ensure the customers get the required level of support they need.
Customer Success is absolutely central to this businesses strategy and heading up the function is an exceptional leader who has a superb track record of building world class customer success orgs during their career. To be considered you will be an experienced Customer Success Manager who speaks fluent German and a good level of English. Ideally you will have previously worked for an ecommerce solution provider however other SaaS vendor backgrounds will be considered. You will bring a track record of achieving retention and customer satisfaction targets and will have strong commercial skills, knowing how to articulate ROI and value to stakeholders at a range of levels. As well as possessing strong knowledge of the customer lifecycle and customer success processes, you will also have a good level of technical awareness and practical experience in software development would be highly desirable, but is not essential. Exceptional communication skills are a must, and you should be approachable, analytical, process driven and resilient, as well as used to multi-tasking and working under pressure.
Headquarterd in Berlin, this is a remote role and will require flexibility to visit clients across Germany and, occasionally, other parts of Europe. An excellent salary of €50k-€75k (depending on experience) plus other benefits is on offer to the successful candidate.
