Innovative, dynamic, FinTech business seeks a proactive, self-motivated Salesforce Administrator to become their in-house expert. 
 
With an ever-growing, highly customised, multi-cloud Salesforce org, this growing business needs an experienced Salesforce Administrator to drive forward various projects, improvements, and processes that will help transform how Salesforce is used in the organisation. 
 
Working with stakeholders from various teams, you will be involved in the development, design, and testing of new features and functionality. You will be responsible for day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support, taking ownership of issues through to resolution. You will create new workflows, manage and perform reviews of data and create reports and dashboards.
 
Any exposure to Apex development or the development of visualforce pages and lightning components would be advantageous but is not essential as you will work alongside technical colleagues who will provide any development heavy lifting that needs to be done.
 
To be considered you must be a Salesforce Administrator with the following:
 

- Highly skilled in configuration including Process Builder & Flows
- Good exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (any exposure to Pardot would also be advantageous)
- Strong communicator with good stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with 3rd Party API integrations.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A salary of £35k-£50k is on offer to the successful candidate plus other benefits including pension and generous annual leave.
