Project Manager – Electronics

Project Manager required on a permanent basis for a global organisation with offices based in Swindon. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of Electronics based projects, on time and within budget. Strong communication skills and team fit are essential for this role. As a Project Manager, you can expect to receive the following remuneration package:

- Basic salary of between £38-45k (DOE)
- 3% Annual Bonus
- 25 Days Holiday

- Flexible Working (2/3 days per week at home)

As a Project Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of:

- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Develops comprehensive project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control processes, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Regularly communicates and presents project schedules, statuses and updates to various team members and brining solutions/opportunities.
- Track and update changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Assists in performing risk management to minimise risks.

- Experience in Electronics would be a huge advantage.
- PRINCE2 / PMP qualification would be advantageous.
