Localisation Specialist – Online Gaming
This global leader in the online gaming/gambling space is looking for a Localisation Specialist to join their team in London
As the Localisation Specialist you will be responsible for the localisation project management life cycle, from handoff to delivery. You’ll be the first point of contact for all departments for localisation related queries. They will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the multilingual online content in all the languages except English.
As the Localisation Specialist - Online Gaming, your responsibilities will include:
- Administration of the day-to-day translation tasks
- Internal QA and sign-off of all the translated content delivered by vendors
- Liaising with translation company on requests and deliveries of translations
- Liaising with internal departments that request translation of content
- Basic reporting on weekly and monthly performance
- All other duties as directed by the Localisation Manager
The successful Localisation Specialist – Online Gaming will have/be:
- At least 1 year experience in a localisation position either on the vendor or client side
- Sound knowledge of CAT tools
- Good knowledge of HTML
- Experience with CMS Programs
- Experience working with translation products and suppliers
- Excellent communication skills
