Senior Data Analyst

Senior Data Analyst required by a leading, well-respected financial services organisation to work in partnerships with stakeholders from a variety of internal teams to create and deliver MI reports, dashboards and solutions.

You will be a key player in projects that will help the business make better data-led decisions and streamline processes. Representing the MI team in a variety of interesting projects, you will be generating business insights and presenting analysis findings, and you will aim to challenge the status-quo by introducing new perspectives and innovative thinking to drive new methods.

The right candidate will have/be:

- Proven experience working on complex data analytics projects across their full lifecycle
- Experience working with large datasets and performing complex analysis
- Extensive experience of using tools such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPivot, Power Query
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Ability and confidence to work with key stakeholders

With the office based in Birmingham, you can expect to visit around once a week to begin with, once settled in to the role there will be plenty of flexibility with remote working with very occasional travel. In addition to flexibility on working patterns, this organisation can offer flexibility with working hours to ensure a work/life balance.

In terms of package on offer, you can expect a salary of up to £40k depending on experience, along with other great benefits including annual bonus, superb 12% non-contributory pension, private medical and much more.
