Who will I get to recruit for? Our Consultants provide talent to clients ranging from small cutting edge tech startups to some of the biggest household brand names in banking, insurance, telecoms and retail.
What training will I receive? We have invested heavily in creating a comprehensive module based training programme for our Trainee Consultants giving them all the skills they need to develop into a top recruiter.
What about salary and benefits? What can I earn?! As a Trainee a starting salary of £18k-£22kplus an above market, generous commission scheme and incentive bonuses! Other benefits include Perkbox (free mobile phone insurance, breakdown cover and discounts to gym memberships, restaurants, cinema tickets, etc.), share save scheme, pension, life assurance and 22 days holiday.
What other fun stuff do you get up to? We have regular incentives such as our Monthly Lunch Club at top restaurants, staff socials (often involving drinks) including days at the races and competitions where staff can win prizes such as MacBooks, Retail Vouchers or extra time off. Our annual incentives include trips abroad (Amsterdam, Dublin, Barcelona) as well as upgraded Christmas Parties often in capital. We’ve also just had our annual team building which saw us take on Total Wipeout and It’s a Knockout! Did I mention we have a pool table and ping pong in our office too?
Sounds amazing…what skills will I need? We look for individuals who learn quickly, who have the ability to grasp new ideas and concepts and who are confident, determined, tenacious and who have excellent communication skills. You must be passionate about people, have a positive attitude and will like to have fun whilst working hard! Previous recruitment experience is not essential but some form of sales or marketing experience is preferred.
